Inspecting– We will personally come out and inspect the property. We will make sure that the property is “rent-ready”. If photos are not available, we will take professional photos at no additional charge.

Listing and Marketing– Once the photos are edited, we will blast the MLS with the listing. In addition to the MLS, we advertise on several social media sites. Our approach is to get the listing on as many websites as possible. Showings are set up day and night to get the property leased as quickly as possible.

Credit and Background Checks– In addition to an application fee, we background check all applicants. We thoroughly scan interested renters to provide reliable, long lasting tenants. Once a reliable tenant is found, proper leasing agreements are drawn up and signed.

Direct Deposit– We make it easy to get paid! We enforce collections and will directly deposit the money into your account.

Inspections– If you would like us to do inspections to ensure your property is being maintained correctly, we are more than happy to do so. We can personally go check the property every quarter and send you an update about the visit.

Repairs and Maintenance– We have 24-7, bonded and insured maintenance workers. We cater to our tenants needs to provide a happy and long lasting rental experience. You may use your own maintenance service if you do not wish to use ours.

Evictions– If for any reason a tenant must be evicted, we handle everything! Do not worry about anything. We charge NO re-leasing fee or any fee while the property is not rented.We will make sure the tenant is held to the stipulations in the rental agreement as well.

Renewals– We will keep the tenants needs a top priority in order to give them an exceptional experience. We will handle all renewals once the lease agreement is up. If a tenant does not wish to renew, we will charge NO re-listing fee as well as NO fees until it is leased again.
